Our Vision

Genuine:
We are genuine, not hypocritical, striving to be a healthy New Testament Church. (Rom. 12:9; Acts 2:41-47)
Growing:
We are growing in Christlikeness and reaching new people with the gospel. (Rom. 8:29; Jn. 15:16; I Cor. 3:7)
Community:
We are a close-knit family of Jesus-Followers who do life together while loving and caring for one another. (Eph. 2:19; Jn. 13:35; Gal. 6:2, 10)
Loving God:
We love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. (Mk. 12:30; Jn. 4:23-24)
Loving People:
We love People unconditionally and sacrificially like Jesus did. (Mk. 12:31; Lk. 10:29-37; Jn. 13:15)
Making Disciples:
We fulfill the Great Commission by helping others to Know Jesus, Grow in Him, and Go make more disciples. (Matt. 28:18-20; Jn. 3:16; Eph. 4:14-15; Mk. 16:15)
Strategic Vision Goals:

Pray, build relationships, and share the gospel to reach and assimilate 200 new people, targeting the previously unchurched and young families, thereby becoming a church of 500 plus.
Equip the Saints:
Equip the Saints:
Fully implement the Discipleship 360 strategy helping disciples to Know Jesus, Grow in Him, and Go make more disciples; yearly baptizing and adding to the membership 10% of the average weekly attendance (AWA); shepherding and engaging 100% of the AWA in groups and serve teams; and creating a Leadership Development Process to develop 75 new leaders.
Fight for Families:
Fight for Families:
Become a church known as a Champion of Families with an excellent Sunday Kid’s Connection, Awana Club, vibrant Student Ministries, family friendly events, etc. Encourage, equip, and resource parents through weekly engagement, seminars, and groups to lead their families and disciple their own children; Strengthen marriages through couple’s retreats, conferences, and special events; and provide counseling support for engaged couples, troubled marriages, and families.
Make a Difference:
Make a Difference:
Impact our local communities by developing an active Community Impact Team, partnering with three strategic community partners, and helping multiply at least three new churches in Forest Lakes EFCA District. Impact our world by partnering with twelve missionaries, sending short-term missions teams to help our missionaries, and helping multiply at least ten new churches worldwide.
Build the Future:
Lord willing in the future we will raise the necessary capital to build a large multi-purpose space or gymnasium; enabling us to enhance our current ministries and reach new families.
