Southern Lakes Church Community Impact Team (CIT) focuses on local missions. We value those in our community and endeavor through Christ to reach others for His Kingdom. CIT commits to local missions through financial provision and volunteer projects. Each spring, our Show Love weekend puts the hands and feet of Jesus into action through service projects supporting various local entities and community members in need of assistance.

Agape House (AH)
AH in Walworth, WI, began in 1997 as God’s calling to trust that provisions would be supplied for a unique ministry. It initially served preteen and teenage girls but has since expanded to include boys affected by abuse. AH offers housing, meals, schooling, counseling, and Christian guidance to assist with healing and maturation in a safe, secure, loving home environment. Staff, volunteers, and donations sustain this ministry.

Elkhorn Food Pantry (EFP)
EFP began in 1973, serving those who reside in the Elkhorn area school district. EFP runs strictly through donations, grants, and volunteers. It offers personal interaction for clients to choose items from a list of options. EFP serves nearly 400 people monthly who rely on the generosity of others to meet their food insecurity needs. EFP accepts food and monetary donations in-person, by mail, or online.

Inspiration Ministries (IM)
IM originated in 1948 and has since changed names and locations, settling in Walworth, WI. IM provides the disabled a means to live out God’s purpose for them. IM offers independent living, community arrangements with room and board, nursing care, activities, and training for employment. Their Lake Geneva coffee shop, Inspired, opened in 2020, employing disabled people who receive training and coaching to prepare them for other employment opportunities. You may support IM’s mission by monetary donations or coffee shop purchases.

New Day Women's Clinic (NDWC)
NDWC of Delavan (2019) and Whitewater (2025), WI, provides free and confidential pregnancy testing, options education, prenatal care, and post-partum services. NDWC conducts STI and pregnancy testing, parenting classes, case management, and post-abortion counseling support (but not procedures). All services are in a safe, secure setting and arranged by appointment. NDWC’s staff and volunteers are dedicated to women’s whole health. NDWC accepts both monetary donations and children’s items.
